Mindfulness Living 4 Life offers real lifestyle masterclasses for preserving your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being and achieving the deepest desires of your heart using intentional techniques such as mindfulness, mediation and soul yoga dance movement. Classes are offered to adults and teens to live a better fulfilling life.
