The purpose of the contemplative mind-body wellness workshop is to provide individuals and communities simple ways of centering and balancing the mind, body and emotions using mindfulness, meditation and movement. Peace is in the Pause!

Daring Artists Making Noise (DAMN)

  AIM: YOUNG AND SEASONED ARTISTS EXPLORE A DEEPER MEANING OF THE INTERSECTION BETWEEN THEIR CRAFT AND ADVOCACY WORK. 

The purpose of contemplative practices in living color is to create a daring artists making noise (DAMN) public dance-theatre learning experience to bring awareness of basic human rights issues impacting diverse communities.

Culturally Responsive Teaching and Learning

  AIM: BREAK DOWN CULTURAL BARRIERS AND PROVIDE A SAFE  SPACE FOR ALL LEARNERS.  

The purpose of contemplative practices in education is to provide evidence-based actions for co-creating a culturally responsive teaching and learning experience and environment that embrace and elevate all students regardless of cultural differences.
